Duozone mode
Duozone technology allows you to enjoy flexible and easy cooking! Use the cooking zones either as two independent hotplates or by activating both zones at the same time, setting the appropriate power levels for each preparation.

Child safety system
Your appliance has a child safety system which locks the commands when cooking is interrupted or during cooking. For safety reasons, the button remains active and allows the heating zones to be switched off, even when they are locked.
Protection against overheating
Each cooking zone is equipped with a safety sensor that monitors the temperature of the bottom of the pan. If you forget an empty pan on a hot cooking zone, the device automatically reduces the power and thus reduces the risk of damage.
Ultra Boost function
The induction hob has the Ultra Boost function which allows it to heat up to 35% faster than the classic Boost function. Brandt invests in the power of its inductions, to reduce the time it takes to raise the temperature of the hob zones. This makes it the fastest induction hob of its generation.
Clean Lock function
With this function you have the possibility to temporarily lock the device during cleaning. After a preset time of 1 minute, the lock is canceled automatically. You can stop the Clean lock function at any time.
Residual Heat Warning
When the hob has been running for some time, there will be some residual heat. The letter “H” appears to warn you to stay away from it.
Automatic utensil recognition
Through induction technology, only the area that covers the size of the pan is activated and used, ensuring the least possible energy consumption.
If you forget to switch off the food, the appliance has an ‘Auto-Stop’ safety function, which automatically switches off the cooking zone that you forgot to switch on, after a pre-set time (which varies between 1 and 10 hours, depending on the power used).
When the device detects an overflow covering the keyboard, a wet cloth covering the keyboard, or a metal object placed on it, the device may stop working. Remove the object or wipe and dry the controls and then start cooking again.
